A Dedicated Team

Peter S. Kalikow, President, bears the company name and, like his father and grandfather, takes great pride in his real estate company’s growth and contributions to the New York real estate market. He is active in many philanthropic organizations and gives readily of his expertise. Kalikow sits on the boards of several medical and academic institutions, as well as holding leadership positions in real estate industry associations.

Kathryn H. Kalikow, Principal, is involved in property management at 101 Park Avenue, including leasing, tenant relations, and project development. She is active in various real estate, civic, and philanthropic organizations in the New York area. Daughter of Peter Kalikow, Kathryn represents the fourth generation of ownership and leadership of the Kalikow Organization.

Nicholas Kalikow, Vice Chairman for Strategic Planning, is the son of Peter Kalikow. He has worked part and full-time for HJ Kalikow since 2005. In addition to working for the Kalikow organization, Nicholas is also an entrepreneur. He has used his diverse skills in media, advertising, and the arts to work towards creating solutions to the challenges of real estate in the 21st century. He is a graduate of Columbia University.

Daniel F. Cremins, First Executive Vice President, has a long and successful track-record in the real estate business. During his over 45+ year tenure with the Kalikow organization, Cremins has worked closely with Kalikow to set the overall direction of the company. His special expertise in real estate finance has led to the successful financing of many of the Kalikow projects.

Richard T. Nasti, Executive Vice President, has been with the company over 30 years. He serves as in-house counsel and, together with Cremins, oversees the day-to-day operations of the company. Nasti has served on several philanthropic boards and has a distinguished career in public service.

Richard I. Gurvitz, Vice President – Real Estate, has been with the company since the early 1990’s and has broad-based experience in the real estate industry. His duties include dealing with Tenants on lease and financial issues along with overseeing property operations.

Steve Kostulias, CPA Vice President – Controller, joined the company in 2003. With over 15 years of experience in the real estate industry he oversees the financial and accounting aspects of the company.

David Jhee, AIA, Architect, is a registered architect and has over 10 years of experience designing and planning commercial and residential projects. David serves as the in-house architect, providing architectural services and managing Kalikow construction projects.

Danilo Cabus, General Manager Real Property, has over 25 years of experience in facilities services management. He has been working with the company since 2010 and is responsible for the day-to-day running of the building’s systems and services.

Jin Santulli, Residential Manager, is responsible for the management of the company’s residential portfolio. She has over 10 years of experience in real estate sales and rental of luxury residential properties. Prioritizing customer service and people, she aims to maintain the integrity and respectability of Kalikow’s residential assets.

John McEntyre, General Contractor, has been the full-time project manager at 101 Park Avenue since 2017 and manages other properties in the Kalikow portfolio. John has over 40 years of experience in design and construction and has been involved with projects at 101 Park Avenue since 1993.

GIVING BACK

HJ Kalikow & Co. recognizes the importance of civic responsibility and participation. Its executives give generously of their time and energy, serving on the boards of numerous industry, government, institutional and philanthropic organizations.

Notable at 101 Park Avenue is the company’s active participation in and steadfast support of the Grand Central Partnership. Passersby are sure to appreciate the beautiful bronze plaques embedded in the sidewalks around the property which recognize leading Midtown office buildings.
