AN OWNER COMMITTED TO EXCELLENCE

An owner’s commitment to tenants, to property, to community, to excellence, is often the single factor that distinguishes an extraordinary building from one that is merely very good. At 101 Park Avenue the commitment of the H J Kalikow organization is blatantly evident the minute you approach the building.

The Kalikow commitment to excellence started at the planning stage, when every blueprint, material sample, system and construction plan was meticulously examined and determined to be the best possible to serve the building and its inhabitants. H J Kalikow has provided stable ownership and unrivaled facilities and service to 101 Park Avenue tenants since 1982.

For over 90 years and three generations, this family-run business has excelled in real estate development, ownership, management and construction in Manhattan. H J Kalikow & Co. has a well-deserved reputation for its tenant orientation and attention to detail when maintaining its assets.
